Tamara Pacini Bibb was born and raised in Houston, Texas.
She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with News/Editorial specialization in May 2003.
Ms. Bibb received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in May of 2007 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas the November immediately following.

She is a devoted advocate for her clients and understands the emotions and turmoil that accompany family law cases. Ms. Bibb is able to walk her clients through not only the intricate legalities of the process but also the emotional aspects of the cases and families that she represents. She understands the gravity of family law matters and also understands the negative emotional and economic implications of these matters. Ms. Bibb is committed to making it her personal responsibility to provide all of her clients with solid and committed representation during the pendency of each client’s case.
Ms. Bibb is a member of the American Bar Association, Harris County Bar Association (Family Law Section member) and the Fort Bend County Bar Association.
She is also a member of the Junior League of Houston and enjoys volunteering in the community. Ms. Bibb spends her free time with her husband and young son as well as her extensive family.
Ms. Bibb practices primarily in areas of family law, including divorce, adoptions, paternity, child custody, and premarital and post marital agreements. She is very well versed in complex divorce actions, child custody disputes, and adoptions including step-parent adoptions and interstate adoptions.
