Tamara Pacini Bibb was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with News/Editorial specialization in May 2003.
Ms. Bibb received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in May of 2007 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas the November immediately following.

Ms. Bibb is a member of the American Bar Association, Harris County Bar Association (Family Law Section member) and the Fort Bend County Bar Association.
She is also a member of the Junior League of Houston and enjoys volunteering in the community. Ms. Bibb spends her free time with her husband and young son as well as her extensive family.
Ms. Bibb practices primarily in areas of family law, including divorce, adoptions, paternity, child custody, and premarital and post marital agreements. She is very well versed in complex divorce actions, child custody disputes, and adoptions including step-parent adoptions and interstate adoptions.
